All prices exclusive of GST. Pricing current as of July 2026 and subject to change. Additional support beyond your plan's inclusion is available at an hourly rate. * Maximum 4 hours carried at any time.
What's included in support hours?
Your hours cover the fixable and the fiddly — content edits, image swaps, small fixes, troubleshooting.
They don't cover custom development, design or theme changes, new pages or functionality, or marketing strategy.
Need more than your inclusions cover?
For any additional work outside your monthly hours, Care Plan members get exclusive access to our discounted rate of $145/hr (standard $175/hr).
For small tasks, we'll just get on with it. Bigger projects get scoped and quoted first.
No lock-in contracts, ever.
These plans run month to month — cancel any time, no exit fees, no guilt trips.
If a plan's not pulling its weight, tell us and we'll sort it or let you go. We reckon a care plan should earn its spot every month, not lock you into paying for it either way.

What happens if I don't use one of your care plans?
It's your website, and you're free to skip a plan altogether, no hard feelings.
Nothing dramatic will happen straight away, but WordPress and its plugins update constantly, and mismanaged updates are the most common way sites break or get hacked.
So, even if you don't stick with us, we highly recommend having a qualified person keeping an active eye on your site.
If something does go wrong without a plan in place, we'll still help, just at our standard hourly rate instead of the discounted member rate.
I already have hosting. Can I keep it and still get a care plan?
No — every site on a care plan needs to runs through infrastructure we manage directly, on our own hosting environment. This is what enables us to deliver the backups, security and monitoring we promise, rather than working around someone else's setup.
What if I make changes to the site myself?
Go for it — it's your site! Just know our plans cover what we do, not what you do. If a change you make affects something like accessibility, page speed or search visibility, that's outside what your plan monitors or fixes. If you're ever unsure whether an edit might cause an issue, flag it with us first and we'll let you know.
What if I need something bigger than a quick edit?
Small stuff — tweaks, updates, fixes — comes out of your monthly hours, or gets billed at your member rate once you're over. Bigger jobs, like a new page or added functionality, get scoped and quoted properly before we start.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Whether it's a hack, a broken update, or something just stops working — if it happens while you're on a plan, we'll sort it at no extra cost. That's what the plan's for.
How do I pay?
By card, on a simple monthly subscription. Set it up once and your cover just keeps ticking over, no admin required.
Can I change tiers or cancel?
Any time. Email us and we'll sort it before your next billing date.
What happens to my site if I leave?
You always have full ownership of your site, so if you choose to leave, you get full access and a recent backup, no hoops to jump through.
We don't charge any exit fees, however any premium plugins or themes bundled through your plan run on our agency licences, so you'll need your own subscriptions for anything you want to keep using. We can help you organise those licences.
Do you take on sites you didn't build?
No — we only run care plans for sites we've built ourselves. It's how we're able to respond fast when something needs sorting: we already know exactly how everything's wired together.
